In 2019, a dedicated team set out to adapt Tad Williams' epic into a TV series, with Williams himself ensuring authenticity as Executive Producer. They've enlisted Platige Image, the visual force behind "The Witcher," to craft a visually stunning world, and Mike Weber, architect of "The Wheel of Time" series and "JUMANJI," brings his strategic expertise as another Executive Producer. Alongside Jonathan Vanger's WishingTree Productions, they aim to create a series that honors the original material. Backed by legal support from Frey Rechtsanwälte and funding advice from Volker Otte at filmfunding.de, the team is poised for a groundbreaking journey from book to screen.
